New Construction
We treat home building as an art form. Homes are designed with the homeowner to incorporate flexible living areas and a unique feeling of personal space. Your participation is encouraged, but not required. Each home is built to our demanding quality standards and to your satisfaction.
Historic Restoration
Care is taken to reconstruct and repair the structure while remaining true to the building's original design and character. Two properties have recently been designated "Landmarks". Ireland-May Ltd has been awarded a coveted "Preservation Award" by the Cincinnati Preservation Association.
Remodeling
The same craftsmenship found in our new homes is utilized on remodeling projects. Each project is designed with you and performed in a clean and safe environment with the minimum amount of disruption possible.
Consulting
We are available on a fee basis to help you plan, design and complete residential, commercial, and historical projects. We can also provide cost estimates and refer reputable financing sources.
